The one question Old Man Charley hears the most is “what is brat sauce?” His response never changes; it is always “You can’t describe it, you just have to taste it". Old Man Charley's Brat Sauce is like nothing you have ever tasted before. When you think of Wisconsin you think Packers, cheese and brats. It was this thought that drove the old man to his kitchen over seven years ago vowing not to come out until he perfected “Wisconsin’s Own Brat Sauce".

The process was long and difficult, but it was his passion and love for cooking that kept him working day and night. So after many years of experimenting on friends and family, with many gallons of sauce being dumped in the process, he finally emerged with what he calls "the world’s finest brat sauce". This sauce comes in six delicious varieties: original, horseradish, onion & sauerkraut, spicy mustard, hickory smoke and extra mild.
