Nancy Kugel of EnGee-Kay Designs has always had a passion for art. In school she had high marks in her art classes, and she didn't own a notebook that did not have a doodle or a sketch of some kind in it. (Actually, that is still true today.) With a craving to learn new things and get familiar with new mediums, Nancy has explored a variety of artistic outlets, each adding a new distinction to her artistic style.
Nancy has often been inspired by her trips throughout the United States, Canada, the islands of the Caribbean, and Europe. From the local architecture and decor to the fashions and art forms, she can't help but to be motivated by the colors and textures that have surrounded her.
Nancy has had her designs featured in articles in the Bead Style Magazine. Another article about her eclectic jewelry designs will be featured in the September/October 2004 issue.
