Bavaria Knackwurst

 

Bavaria Knackwurst is made with very lean beef and pork and natural spices. These fully cooked knackwurst are mouth-watering short, plump sausages. Their taste, texture and flavor is similar to Old Fashioned Ring Bologna. Approximately 3-4 pieces per pound. Your choice of 3 1-lb. cryovac packs (12 pieces) or a 10 lb. box (38 - 40 pieces). Enjoy Bavaria Knackwurst grilled or heated with your favorite weinkraut. Great for tailgate parties, Octoberfest events, and anytime you crave that Old World flavor!
