Original Brat Sauce: Spicy but not too spicy, hot but not too hot. We blend all the right ingredients so that, when you taste this sauce, you will realize it is unique. We add Yellow peppers for great flavor, sweet onions add flavor to the red and black pepper and a little lemon and lime juice are added for tartness.
Horseradish: If you’d like to add a little zest to your barbecued brats, our horseradish sauce is the hands down favorite. A little horseradish is found in all of our sauces; however, but this adds enough to "kick it up a notch".
Spicy Mustard: Our original sauce with a generous helping of spicy brown mustard. The perfect brat sauce for mustard lovers!
Onions and Sauerkraut: Adding these two unique ingredients to the sauce and not taking away from the original flavor was a challenge. and at the same time be able to distinguish the flavor of the sauerkraut and onions.
