i love cheese of any kind. i recently bought this buttermilk blue cheese and i will never buy another. it does not get better than this!
This cheese is exceptional in taste and texture. It's not as salty as Roquefort but the flavor is just as intense. IMHO, this American blue cheese is better than most blue cheeses from Europe. After I discovered this blue cheese, I don't bother looking for any others. This is my favorite blue cheese, hands down.
