I sent a cheese and sausage basket as a gift for my boyfriend who is currently deployed in Afghanistan. He received it promptly and everything was fresh and well packaged.
The summer sausage was outstanding - very flavorful. The cheese was tasty but note that it is processed cheese with the expected consistency.

I only rated the packaging "Good" because at first he didn't realize the package was from me, so I am not sure how prominently the gift message was displayed. But he may have just not read the enclosed. Also, the packaged reached him in a little over a week and I was very impressed with that.
