I appreciate the effeciency of the company, I needed the product in 5 days, which meant that it would sit in a warehouse over the weekend, if it shipped todaya. The cust. service rep was really concerned about our southern temperatures. I reassured her we had a 'cool' front coming and that it would be fine, and it was. Thanks alot!!!!!!!!
