This was a wonderful cake enjoyed by all of us, very moist and everyone especially liked the contrast of filling and frosting. Very yummy! It arrived in perfect condition (especially since this is a warm climate even in March)! You can be sure we will order in the future.
As a young boy at home Mike mastered Grandma's recipe for Carrot Cake and soon baked it in the O & H Danish Bakery for customers to enjoy. Lots of fresh ground carrots, select imported Korintji cinnamon and sweet brown sugar are the main ingredients in this moist carrot cake. The moist carrot is layered and frosted with a light cream cheese butter icing, adorn the sides with fancy premium pecans and decorate the top with small carrot decorations. Each carrot cake serves 10 - 12.
