"Warm climate arrived in perfect condition!"

This was a wonderful cake enjoyed by all of us, very moist and everyone especially liked the contrast of filling and frosting. Very yummy! It arrived in perfect condition (especially since this is a warm climate even in March)! You can be sure we will order in the future.

Grandma Olesen's Carrot Cake

This Carrot Cake has lots of fresh ground carrots, select imported Korintji cinnamon and sweet brown sugar are the main ingredients in this moist cake. As a young boy at home Mike mastered Grandma's recipe for Carrot Cake and soon baked it in the O & H Danish Bakery for customers to enjoy. The moist carrot is layered and frosted with a light cream cheese butter icing, adorned on the sides with fancy premium pecans and decorated on top with small carrot decorations. Each carrot cake serves 10 - 12.
