I have sent beef the last couple years to a particular friend. Due to an illness, he can no long digest beef well so I was looking for something else when I found your product. Today I received rave reviews for the pork loin. Very well received. Will be ordering again! And despite of my procrastination and request for standard shipping, both received before Christmas!
