All of the gluten-free breads fresh baked by Silly Yak Bakery contain rice flour, arrowroot starch, potato starch, water, powdered milk, eggs, butter, granulated and brown sugar, yeast, xanthan gum, and starch.
It is important that your breads and treats be stored in the freezer or refrigerator, as they contain no preservatives. Pull out a few slices of bread as you need them. If microwaving your bread slice, try spritzing the slice lightly on both sides with water. Then microwave on low for about 10 seconds (longer if frozen). Your bread will taste and feel like it just came out of the oven!
