My dear old Polish MOM was treated by the variety of bread. She says it's a lost art form, and at 85 she can't knead the dough. So I have to thank you for bringing back Moms fond memories

New Glarus Bakery Bread Sampler

 

New Glarus Bakery now ships their most popular breads directly to you from their ovens. Select 4 loaves of bread to be included in your variety pack: Farmer's Rye, Potato Bread, Pumpernickel, Raisin Pumpernickel, Sour Dough White, or Swiss Bread. Mix or Match!

Farmer's Rye Bread is a thick crusted, medium rye sourdough with no caraway. Potato Bread is a very soft and light white bread made with real mashed potatoes. Pumpernickel Bread is a light rye bread with molasses. Raisin Pumpernickel is a light rye bread with molasses and dark raisins. The Sour Dough White Bread is a dense bread with a thick crust. And the Swiss Bread is a signature white bread with a thick crust and a hint of white rye.
