I have lived years in Germany and had Stollen fresh many times. This New Glarus Bakery Stollen is the best I have ever had. We used as a the center of our sweets table and all our guests complimented our Stollen. Will be ordering again.

This Holiday Stollen is a large 24 ounce loaf made with only the finest ingredients: almonds, butter marzipan, imported spice, Myers rum and two kinds of raisins. NO candied fruit! This popular German pastry is a dense, fragrant yeast bread formed by hand in the traditional way, with a roll of marzipan down the center. New Glarus Bakery Holiday Stollen makes a wonderful old world addition to all your festivities for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's and Valentine's Day.

1 Loaf - 24 oz.
Ingredients: Flour, raisins, water, almonds, marzipan, butter, sugar, yeast, raw natural sugar, stollen spice, salt.
The stollen is shipped frozen. Best to keep frozen until needed. When thawed, it will keep up to 3-5 days in a tightly sealed container. Stollen does dry out quickly after being opened.
Ships Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, March through December.
