Henry Sinkus owns and operates The Pine Baron's Restaurant, a tiny lakeside wedge of paradise that features "Northwoods cuisine," in Manitowish Waters, Wisconsin. He and his wife, Mary, are both retired communications executives who traded their cell phones, beepers, and always packed suitcases for the more gratifying, if not exactly relaxing, business of running a dining establishment.
