A kringle is an exquisite coffee-cake made of many feather light layers of Danish pastry, filled with choice pecans, almond pate, or a variety of homemade fruit fillings. The pastry itself, made by O & H Danish Bakery requires a minimum of three days preparation. Layer upon layer of golden Wisconsin creamery butter is folded and rolled into the pastry dough. The result is a deliciously rich, yet feather-light and flaky pastry. Kringles are oval and measure 10.5 x 13 in. Select 2 Kringle flavors to be included in your variety pack: Pecan, Raspberry, Cherry, Apple, Blueberry, or Almond. Mix or Match! Each Kringle serves 8-12 people. Kringles can be frozen for 5-6 months.
