Impressed with the packaging, couldn't be packaged any better. The sausages taste fresh and crisp, not mushy. When you said hot, you meant it. But very flavorful. Not disappointed. I will purchase from Wisconsin Made again, everything was perfect.
Lakeside Brand Pickled Hot Bologna is a large natural casing bologna made with lean beef and pork for a delicious tasting sausage. The hardwood smoke and hint of garlic, along with the brine and red hot spices enhance the flavor and make for a unique and wonderful taste experience. Two 32 oz. jars, eight sausages per jar. No refrigeration needed before or after opening when covered in brine. Best when eaten within three to four months. The Pickled Hot Bologna makes a great tasting snack or side dish.
