Old Tavern Club Cheese is 100% "real" Wisconsin Cheese made from large blocks or barrels of aged cheese. The cheese is shredded and blended with their very special ingredients, then packed into various containers. Old Tavern Cheese Spread can be frozen or refrozen without changing the flavor or texture of the cheese. The cheese spread should be refrigerated. However; to obtain the most flavor and creamiest texture, we recommend serving Old Tavern Cheese Spread at room temperature.
