Simply click the small metal button to activate for 130 degree heat lasting over an hour and then just boil for 4-5 minutes for a completely recharged heat pack to be used again. Each order contains six heat packs: two 4 inch circular; two 3.5 inch x 5.5 inch rectangular; and two 2.5 inch x 3.75 inch rectangular.
