He and his wife, Mary, are both retired communications executives who traded their cell phones, beepers, and always packed suitcases for the more gratifying, if not exactly relaxing, business of running a dining establishment. Henry is the Pine Baron's chef and author of the recipes found in "The Northwoods Table."
