It made a wonderful winter cassoulet and I used the remainder for a great duck stock to freeze for later. Can't wait to try your other smoked products.
The smoked duck was fantastic. I heated it up according to the directions and served it for my mother's birthday. Everyone loved it. The meat was tender and moist. My dogs got to enjoy if also as I added the carcass to their soup pot. I would definitely recommend this. This was the 1st time I tried the duck and it will not be my last.
