This is the first time we have used your company and we were very happy with the smoked phesants we purchased for thanksgiving. We ordered the applewood smoked Turkey for Christmas and we expect that to be wonderful as well. I'm glad we found your company you have good prices and very good products. We would like to try more when we have the means to do so. If you have a panel that tests products we would like to participate in that program in return giving full feed back information. The only suggestion I have is to make sure you have serving sizes on the phesants, the ones we purchased were very small and almost didn't provide enough food.
