I took half of my 2lb.cheese round to our Christmas Eve Party and I must say that everyone loved it.But I saved the other half for myself. I'm a big cheese lover too, and hate to run out!

Each cheddar cheese is availabe in your choice of age, and then it is wrapped in different colors of wax. The Mild cheddar cheese is wrapped in yellow wax; Aged cheddar cheese is aged a minimum of four months and wrapped in red wax; and Sharp cheddar cheese is wrapped in black wax.
