Blue Cheese Spread is available in choice of 12 oz. or 20 oz. stoneware crocks. Great for gifts, parties, and snacking. Old Tavern Club Cheese is 100 percent real Wisconsin Cheese made from large blocks or barrels of aged cheese. The cheese is shredded and blended with their very special ingredients, then packed into various containers. Old Tavern Cheese Spread can be frozen or refrozen without changing the flavor or texture of the cheese. The cheese spread should be refrigerated. However; to obtain the most flavor and creamiest texture, we recommend serving the spread at room temperature.
