Ivory in color with a mild, slightly sweet taste, Brick Cheese melts, shreds, and slices well. You will receive two 1-lb. pieces of delicious Brick Cheese packaged in a gift box. Brick Cheese is a Wisconsin original first produced in the late 1800's and is named for its rectangular 'brick' shape.
