Easter Pear Bread by New Glarus Bakery is a very traditional Swiss bread, made with many spices, dried pears and dried apples, all tucked inside a beautiful and tasteful wrapping dough. This delicious pear bread will be a unique addition to your Easter dinner.

The wrapping is made with unbleached bread flour, water, butter, milk powder, sugar, barley malt, salt, and yeast. The filling contains wheat bread dough, dried apples, dried pears, rum soaked raisins, sugar, glucose or honey, dried plums, walnuts, orange rind, lemon rind, anise, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg.
