The Kringle pastry, made by O and H Danish Bakery, requires a minimum of three days preparation. Layer upon layer of golden Wisconsin creamery butter is folded and rolled into the pastry dough. The result is a deliciously rich, yet feather-light and flaky pastry. The filling of blueberries, strawberries, raspberries and blackberries is sweet and delicious. Kringles are oval and measure approximately 10.5 x 13 in. Each Kringle serves 8-12 people. Kringles can be frozen for 5-6 months.
