Hillsboro Meats LLC

Hillsboro Meats was incorporated in 2006 in order to provide a living wage for our local small farmers and a unique gourmet chicken to our customers. Our chickens are all sustainably and humanely raised on small family Amish farms in the beautiful driftless area of SW Wisconsin. The birds are all heritage breeds from the European Label Rouge genetic stock, are free to range on open grassy pastures, never caged, are antibiotic free and are provided an all-natural vegetarian, local diet to supplement the grass and critters they forage for outdoors. Their meat is low fat, high in Omega 3 fatty acids, with a succulent texture similar to turkey and an old fashioned chicken flavor.
