Happy Canes came to be after Jackie visited her "Missouri Mom" in Kansas City last spring. Betty uses a cane all the time and with her antique business and collection, a crazy quilt cane only seemed appropriate.

Jackie grew up in Tacoma, Washington, graduated from Stephens College, Columbia, Missouri with a BA in Fashion Design and Business and moved to Middleton, Wisconsin 19 years ago. Jackie has owned and operated Fashion Fittings Inc. for the last 17 years, a tailor shop and retailer of unique arty clothing and gifts.

Painting has always been a hobby but now the patches are moving on to many items. Look for more patches and pieces in the future...
