Jim Ladwig was born in 1928 in Antigo, Wisconsin. He began railroading in 1950 and became a conductor for the Chicago & Northwestern Railroad for 20 years before retiring in1984. Ladwig regularly contributes columns to northern Wisconsin newspapers on a variety of topics including railroading and the outdoors. | |||||||||||||||||
