Joanie Steckart has compiled a Beer Lover's Cookbook called Drink Your Beer & Eat It Too! Published by Nob Hill Press in DePere, Wisconsin, this cookbook provides creative recipes for appetizers, salads, main dishes, desserts and much more - all with beer as an ingredient! Growing up, Joanie recalls, "My mom liked to cook and my dad liked a beer." Her mother liked to try new and different recipes, and Joanie developed the same love of cooking. It seemed only natural for her to come up with the idea of a Beer Lover's Cookbook.
