Living Sound Recordings was founded in Cedarburg, Wisconsin in 1989. Living Sound Recordings uses digital recording equipment with parabolic microphones to capture and record the purist example of a location's soundscape. There are endless uses for these tapes. From easy listening, stress reduction, environmental studies, bird studies, stimuli for pet birds, to sound tracks for videos and music.
Owner Dave Livingston is an American Birding Association member and a supporter of the Cornell Laboratory of Ornithology and British National Sound Archives, as well as a contributor to the Cornell Library of Natural Sounds.
Explore the sounds of pure nature recordings because there is often more to hear than the eye can see!
