LMN O'Pies

Lindsay Gehl started LMN O’Pies in 1996 when a friend requested a Banana Cream Pie.  At that moment she realized how much people like homemade pies.

In the Spring of 2003, Lindsay started renting a church kitchen. Out of that kitchen, she produced hundreds of pies and began selling LMN O'Pies at farmer's markets all over Dane County, Wisconsin.  Wholesale accounts were also started at several local delis.  The need for a bigger kitchen was obvious.

LMN O’Pies Bakery and Café is a result of a lifelong dream to open a restaurant, a ton of hard work, and a lot of support from family and friends.  “Every item is “Made by Hand with Heart” and we guarantee you’ll love it."
