In 1999 we began marketing our flavorful, tender beef cuts directly to the consumer. All animals are born and raised on our farm. They are naturally raised on grass, and then grain and corn finished to promote marbling and flavor. Our animals are raised without added growth hormones or animal byproducts. They are always free to roam about at their own will in the fresh, open air. Our Black Angus Beef is USDA Inspected and aged for up to 2 weeks before cutting, wrapping in white freezer paper and then quick-frozen. The “aging process" promotes tenderness and allows the flavor to intensify to that mouthwatering, Black Angus full-bodied taste. You can purchase by the cut or in large quantities such as one-quarter, one-half or a whole beef. | |||||||||||||||||
