Wisconsinmade.com Partners With Operation Gratitude for the Fourth Year
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
MADISON, WISCONSIN (10/27/14) –In honor of Veteran’s Day, a Madison area business, Wisconsinmade.com, wants to recognize the American troops who make sacrifices each day so that the rest of us can enjoy our freedom. Wisconsinmade.com will donate $1 to Operation Gratitude for every new "Like" on their Facebook page or “New Follower” on their Twitter page from October 28th to November 11th, up to $1,000.
Operation Gratitude, founded in 2003 by Carolyn Blashek, is a non-profit organization that sends more than 100,000 care packages annually to deployed troops and organizes programs to support veterans and wounded warriors. The care packages include food, hygiene products, letters of appreciation, as well as entertainment and hand-made items.
For four years now, Wisconsinmade.com has raised $1,000 each year for Operation Gratitude. Following the fundraiser, the online gourmet food and gift store saw an increase in orders shipping to military addresses overseas. Be sure to view all of our military gifts that ship APO/FPO. In response to all of the military gifts sent from Wisconsinmade.com, Wisconsinmade.com President Linda Remeschatis says, "I'm proud to see a taste of Wisconsin delivered to the brave men and women who are serving our country."
