Amanda's Tip of the Week
"When you use parmesan cheese put the leftover cheese rind in the freezer. Next time you make soup, add the rind to the pot for some extra flavor. This tip works well in Italian wedding soup and you can find a recipe from my Italian grandma on my food blog."
