Northern Harvest Gift Baskets grew out of a family tradition and a longing to spend more time in the great outdoors of Wisconsin. Owner Karla Kwaterski is a resident sugar producer and bee keeper of the beautiful north woods in Eagle River, Wisconsin. On her small family farm, she carries on the tradition of making maple syrup which her father taught her many years ago. Learning to be a bee keeper and honey producer came at a later date when she was introduced to the fascinating life of the honey bee and its' colony. Over the years she has learned to make a variety of delicious maple syrup and honey products.
Creating Northern Harvest Gift Baskets Inc. has given Karla the opportunity to offer these products of nature to others. Maple syrup and honey products are sold individually or attractively packaged in festive boxes, buckets and locally woven gift baskets. Each gift basket is individually filled, decorated and wrapped with great care.
Northern Harvest's latest addition to items produced on the farm is fresh, custom roasted gourmet coffee. All coffee is roasted one pound at a time per customer's order.
