OLD TAVERN FOOD PRODUCTS, INC.was founded in 1926 by PAUL STRONG in Waukesha, Wisconsin. It continues to be a family owned and operated cheese business. We began in one small building with three items for sale, featuring our now famous OLD TAVERN CLUB SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE SPREAD. From there we expanded to four buildings, until 1968 when we moved into our current home in Waukesha. Today we have over 200 cheese and gift items for sale. Our OLD TAVERN CLUB SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE SPREAD is still the most popular, with additional flavors being added throughout the years using the same quality ingredients that made our cheddar spread famous.
