Wayne Hartlich founded the company Point Beach Outdoors based on a love affair with nature that has lasted over forty years of weekends spent in the forest.  Their line of clothing products are all made using recycled plastic beverage bottles. The fleece fabric makes the clothing soft, warm and comfortable.   

“When I sat down the first time to make a garment, I tried to remember the years wearing the old wool felt jacket that my grandfather gave me. It kept me warm, dry, and comfortable, but even more importantly I learned to respect wildlife, the woods, rivers and lakes.  I designed my first jacket with grandpa in mind, except I was lucky enough to find Eco-Fleece.  Believe it or not, I still wear that first jacket I made in the woods every chance I get and the smell of pine needles reminds me of grandpa.”
