Liven-up chicken with the sweet spice of honey mustard.
1. Season 4 - 5 chicken breasts (halved) with salt and pepper
2. Cook 7-10 minutes per side, over medium heat or until juices run clear
3. Remove and cover to keep warm
4. To make the sauce, combine all ingredients in blender/food processor
5. Blend until smooth
6. Pour into sauce pan and heat until hot and thickens
7. Serve chicken over hot cooked rotini and top with sauce
