Delicious beef sirloin strip steaks flavored with the great tastes of cranberries and red wine
1. Pound steaks to 1/3-inch thickness
2. Sprinkle one side of each steak with salt, pepper, and dry mustard; pound into meat
3. Repeat on other side
4. Melt butter in pan
5. Cook steaks for 1 to 2 minutes on each side
6. Transfer meat to hot serving platter
7. In pan, combine cranberry topping, red wine, Worcestershire sauce, and chives
8. Bring to a boil
9. Return meat to dish; spoon sauce over meat
10. Garnish with mushrooms
