Dipper's Delight

Dip chicken wings, shrimp, and meatballs into a spicy barbecue dip made with Urban Processing's Sweet Cranberry Topping.

Ingredients

  • Chicken Wings: 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 T Salt
  • 1 T Paprika
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 dozen chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup Butter or margarine
  • Meatballs: 2 lbs Ground beef
  • 1 1/2 cups Bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Onion, chopped
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 t Salt
  • 24 Jumbo Shrimp
  • Spicy Barbecue Dip: 2 cups Ketchup
  • 1 jar Urban Processing's Sweet Cranberry Topping
  • 2 T Prepared horseradish
  • 2 t Worcestershire sauce
  • Dash Lemon Juice

Directions

1. To make the chicken wings: Combine flour, salt, paprika, and pepper in plastic bag; add wings and coat

2. Melt butter in pan, place wings in pan, turning once to butter surface

3. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour

4. Makes 4 dozen

5. To make the meatballs: Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, onion, eggs, and salt

6. Mix lightly

7. Shape into 4 dozen small balls

8. Place in shallow baking pan

9. Brown in 375 degree oven for 30 minutes

10. To make the spicy barbecue dip: In saucepan, combine ketchup, Urban Sweet Cranberry Topping, horseradish, worcestershire sauce, and a dash of lemon juice

11. Bring to boil, serve warm

12. Makes 1 3/4 cups sauce

13. Serve meatballs, chicken wings, and shrimp with spicy barbecue dip
