Liven-up pork chops with the delicious combination of sweet fruits and semi-spicy cranberry mustard
1. Trim fat from chops
2. In shallow baking dish combine orange juice, pineapple juice, soy sauce, cranberry mustard, pepper and garlic
3. Add meat; turn to coat
4. Cover, chill in refrigerator for 6 - 24 hours, turning once
5. Remove meat, reserving marinade
6. Place chops on unheated rack of broiler pan
7. Broil 4 - 5 inches from heat 12 - 14 minutes or until no more pink remains, turning once
8. Transfer marinade to sauce pan
9. Stir in cornstarch
10. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly
11. Continue 2 more minutes
12. Serve over chops
