The cranberry topping really livened up our ordinary meatloaf. My daughter, who won't eat plain sweetened cranberries, said "This is better than the meatloaf you usually fix. Make this again!" I think the sausage gave the meatloaf an extra delicious flavor.

Glazed Meat Loaves

A delicious, new way to prepare the classic meat loaf.

15 Minutes 45 Minutes 1 Hour 5


  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 2 Tbsp onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 lb bulk pork sausage
  • 3/4 jar Urban Processing's Cranberry Topping


1. Combine egg, milk, oats, onion, salt, and pepper

2. Add beef and sausage; mix well

3. Shape into 5 individual loaves

4. Place loaves in 13x9x2 inch pan

5. Spoon topping over loaves; bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes
