1. Storage: Refrigerate immediately. Vacuum-packaged bacon will keep for 3 weeks in refrigerator or up to 3 months in the freezer. Once opened, use within 1 week. Serving: Smoked Canadian bacon is fully cooked and ready to serve hot or cold.
2. Skillet: Melt 1 Tbsp of butter or add oil. Warm Canadian bacon over LOW heat for approximately 3 minutes per side. DO NOT OVERHEAT.
