Spicy Baked Potato

Spice-up ordinary baked potatoes with hot olives and cheddar cheese! - A real party treat!

20 Minutes 5 Minutes 25 Minutes 4

Ingredients

  • 2 - 4 Stump's Hot Olives, chopped
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1/8 tsp garlic
  • 1 cup Jim's Cheese Pantry Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 4 large potatoes, baked

Directions

1. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, and olives

2. Top baked potato with 1/4 of the cream cheese mixture and cheese

3. Put under broiler until cheese melts if desired
