Taco Roll-Ups

This spicy combination of cheeses and hot olives rolled up into cheese flour tortillas make a festive party appetizer

Prep Time: Cook time: Total Time: Serves:
15 Minutes - 45 Minutes 4-6

Ingredients

  • 8 - 10 Stump's Hot Olives, chopped
  • 1 cup Jim's Cheese Pantry Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 1 pkg Taco seasoning
  • 3 large flour tortillas

Directions

1. Mix sour cream, cheese, cream cheese, olives and taco seasoning

2. Spread 1/3 mixture on each tortilla

3. Roll up and chill

4. Slice in 1/2-inch sections and serve
