Tucked in the rolling hills of Wisconsin's Southern Kettle Moraine,
Rushing Waters Fisheries is one of the most beautiful fish farms in the
United States. On 80 acres of pristine forests and valleys, artesian springs
feed 2.4 million gallons of pure crystal-clear water through 50 fresh,
cold ponds every day. These
deep underground springs maintain water temperature at 50 degrees year-round.
Rushing Waters produces only the very finest fully cooked, ready-to-eat-hot-smoked
fish, processed in our all new HACCP certified plant according to the
strictest quality assurance standards. Our most popular smoked products
are the Rushing Waters farm-raised rainbow trout and farm-raised Atlantic
salmon.

The Neapolitan Smoked Atlantic Salmon Sampler
Renown and valued as the finest and tastiest salmon in the world, these northern Atlantic fish are raised in the cold waters off the New England coast and flown to Rushing Waters Fisheries for smoking and processing.

Smoked Trout Package
Prepared to perfection in special recipes of herbs, sugar and spices, the trout fillet is then smoked in special ovens and fired with northern hardwoods to impart a delicious aroma and taste.
