If you want to return a product, you can call toll-free 1-877-947-6233 or contact us through our Contact us Form, subject: returns and refunds or e-mail email@example.com to get further instructions. Returns must be received within 30 days from the date of purchase. (Holiday exceptions are available).
Should a perishable item not meet our customer's satisfaction we can replace it with a like item, offer a credit towards future purchases, or refund the item purchase price, excluding shipping charges.
Should a nonperishable item not meet the customer's satisfaction we can accept returns for exchange, credit towards another purchase or refund via original method of payment, excluding shipping charges.
If you wish to return a product that was defective or if we shipped the wrong product to you we will gladly reimburse you for the return-shipping costs.

Refunds: We will process refunds within 15 business days of receiving your returned product. The product must be returned in satisfactory condition which means it is not damaged, broken, worn or altered in any way. Upon the satisfactory return of the product, we will process a refund for the product minus shipping charges. Please include the packing slip that came with your order when you return the product.
