Seymour Dairy

Seymour Dairy is located in the community of Seymour, Wisconsin approximately 15 miles west of Green Bay. Seymour Dairy Products, Inc. is a privately-owned company that was resurrected from a previous Beatrice ConAgra cheese plant.

Seymour Dairy takes pride in crafting premium Blue Veined cheeses based on Blue cheeses developed in Europe. Their cheeses are unlike many of the Blue cheeses produced in the United States. Your first taste will reveal a flavor and texture of those great Blue veined cheeses produced in Europe for hundreds of years. Seymour's intent is to differentiate themselves from other producers in the United States by bringing old world Blue cheese taste to consumers who want to experience the authentic flavors of those fine European Blue cheeses.
