A Message from Shrooms Kitchen Dear Friends of the Farm, I want to take this opportunity to say thank you. For almost thirty years now, it has been you, our friends and customers, that have helped keep the dream and vision of my father, Bill Rose, alive. That vision to grow the very finest quality fresh mushrooms continues to be the guiding principle for the Shrooms Kitchen as well. Producing the finest quality specialty foods in small batches, by our own hands, is truly a labor of love. Our licensed kitchen has been in operation for over eight years and we aim to continue to provide excellent, healthy, and delicious foods and to always bring a taste of the goodness from Wisconsin to your table.
