Holly Beach, owner, moved to Verona, Wisconsin, 2-1/2 years ago from Rochester, Minnesota. While in Rochester, she owned a whole wheat bakery for over 10 years. The wheat is from Montana and is ground into flour daily.

Holly was asked to do Gluten Free for people with Celiac Disease. Next thing you know, Mayo Clinic is buying gluten free items from her for their newly diagnosed Celiac Disease patients. Holly and her husband, Mike Marshall moved to Wisconsin when the chance came to buy a bigger bakery in Madison. She kept her original name Bread Barn and added The Silly Yak Bakery (play on Celiac), to the name. They currently ship the Gluten Free products world wide, mostly by word of mouth.
